Shipping policy
Singapore orders
We currently offer standard delivery only, shipped via SingPost or Ninjavan. Local pick-up is not available.
- Standard delivery: S$5.00
- Free shipping on orders of S$50 and above
- Delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Orders are dispatched within [1–2] business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed the next business day. Please email or message us if the order is urgent and we may be able to accommodate on our discretion.
Peak periods
Deliveries may take longer during peak periods such as festive seasons and sales. We'll do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, but some delays should be expected.
Multiple orders
If you place more than one order with us, we may combine them into a single shipment.
Where we don't deliver
We don't deliver to P.O. boxes, army camps, hotels, or most of Singapore's offshore islands. Gotta make sure your parcel only lands in the right hands!
If no one is home
If no one is available to receive your parcel, our delivery partner will try to contact you to arrange an alternative, such as leaving it at your door with your consent or scheduling a re-delivery. Re-delivery may incur additional charges, which will be borne by you.
Address details
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delays outside our control
We do everything we can to get your order to you on time. However, we're not liable for any loss or damage caused by courier delays or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Please see our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
International orders
For international orders, drop us a message at hello@kokorofukutea.com. We generally accept orders to SEA (Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines) at this time. For other regions, kindly contact us via email and we will work something out.
