These terms apply to your use of kokorofukutea.com and to any purchase you make from Kokoro Fuku Tea, operated by ClemShu Pte Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products
Our teas are natural agricultural products. Colour, leaf appearance, and flavour can vary between harvests and batches. Product photos are for illustration. Tasting notes describe what we taste; your cup may differ. Any wellness information on our site is general, not medical advice. If you are pregnant, taking medication, or have a health condition, check with your doctor before trying herbal or caffeinated teas.

2. Prices and payment
All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) unless shown otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but you pay the price shown when you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout.

3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we send you a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, a price was listed wrongly, or we suspect fraud.

4. Discounts and promotions
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and may be limited to one use per customer. We may withdraw a promotion at any time.

5. Shipping
We ship within Singapore and to parts of SEA. Delivery times are estimates. For orders outside Singapore, please contact us via IG or email for more information. For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds
Because tea is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened items. If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within [7] days of delivery with photos and we'll put it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Reviews and content you submit
When you post a review or other content, you give us permission to display and share it on our site and social channels. Please keep it honest and respectful. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading, or unrelated.

8. Intellectual property
All text, photos, designs, and logos on this site belong to Kokoro Fuku Tea or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written consent.

9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Singapore consumer protection law.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
