One of the only insect-bitten oolong in the world born from a natural phenomenon. Sourced from the warm, sun-drenched hills of Beipu, Hsinchu, Taiwan, at a precise mid-elevation between 300 and 400 metres, this Oriental Beauty relies on an extraordinary alliance with nature. Crafted entirely from the heirloom Qingxin Da Pan (青心大冇) cultivar, the tender spring buds are intentionally left to be bitten by tiny green leafhoppers during the peak of summer. This natural interaction triggers a dramatic shift in the leaf's chemistry, unlocking an unadulterated honey fragrance without any added flavouring.

The dry leaf is a visual masterpiece, displaying a vibrant palette of white, green, yellow, red, and brown. When steeped, it transforms into a brilliant, reddish-orange liquor that delivers a silky-smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel. Every sip sings with wild flower aroma, rich notes of muscatel grape, ripe stone fruit, and a clean, lingering sweetness reminiscent of wild longan honey.
