Narcissus Bloom | Shui Xian

Shui Xian (水仙), is one of the most beloved Wuyi rock oolongs (yan cha), grown in the mineral-rich cliffs of Fujian's Wuyi Mountains, from the core production region and is considered Zhengyan (正岩). Known for its signature "yan yun," or rock rhyme, this tea carries a deep, mineral character layered with soft orchid florals and warm, toasted notes from traditional charcoal roasting.

Unlike lighter oolongs, Shui Xian is smooth and mellow with very little bitterness, making it an easy, everyday tea for both seasoned oolong drinkers and those just discovering Chinese tea culture. Steep it multiple times and watch the flavor unfold, from toasty and woody in the first infusions to a soft, lingering sweetness (回甘) in the later steeps.
